It uses the LANC jack and 12 Non-penetrating electromagnetic controls to provide fingertip access to: Power ON/OFF, Record/Standby, Photo mode (directly onto memory stick), Zoom Tele/Wide, Video/Photo mode, Backlight, Auto-Focus ON/OFF, Manual Focus Far/Near, Momentary Auto-focus, Variable Speed Zoom, White Balance (optional). The rear of the case features a 3.5" colour active matrix monitor. Audible and visual water alarm. The housing comes with a 56mm threaded open port ring that accepts two available optional ports, the wide angle port WP-80 designed by Fathom Imaging and the flat port FP-M56 that allows the mounting of any 67mm threaded wet lenses such as the Mangrove WA-24, INON UWL-100 Type 2, Epoque DCL-20 and macro lenses such as the INON UCL-165 and UCL-330. Each unit is pressured tested to 200m/ 660 ft. The MVD-S also adapts to your future Sony camcorders
