Digital Diver Terms & Conditions
 

All travel arrangements and prices, rates and tariff detailed on this site are provided and coordinated by Digital Diver.

Digital Diver has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information in this site at the time of compilation. Digital Diver accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription contained in this site.

Sales of services as contained in this site are made by Digital Diver only as agent for the person, business or company providing the services. Digital Diver does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown.

All rates are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include GST (Goods & Service Tax) of 10%. Prices are subject to change or substitution without notice.

Deposits A minimum non-refundable deposit of A$... per itinerary is required at the time of confirmation of booking unless otherwise advised by a consultant. For bookings under A$500.00 full payment is due immediately. A administration charge of A$... will apply to bookings under A$500.
Any booking not deposited with us within 72 hours will automatically cancel without notification to you and may incur a processing fee of A$...
Full Payment No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received.
Full payment is due 21 days prior to travel date unless otherwise advised by a consultant.
For bookings made less than 21 days prior to first travel full payment is due immedately upon booking and may incur a late booking fee of AU$... An administration fee of 2.3 percent may be incurred when payment is made using American Express Credit Cards (AMEX). We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards only.
Any booking not deposited with us within 72 hours will automatically cancel without notification to you and may incur a processing fee of AU$... A consultant will confirm prior to full payment.
Amendments Should you change your itinerary after full payment, an administration fee of A$... per change may be charged in addition to any cancellation or other fees applied by the operator.
Cancellations Must be in writing and can either be per email (info@digitaldiver.com.au) or fax (+61 7 4031 9277).
No cancellation application will be accepted unless received in writing and received by us directly from you.
You may be refunded less the greater of A: (20% of full payment plus any cancellation or other fees charged by the operator) or B: (AU$...).
Refunds Refunds will not be made for valid services once travel arrangements have commenced. Any refund claim will be subject to a minimum of AU$55.00 cancellation fee per service. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. All refund requests must be in writing and made direct to us. Refund claims must be made within seven (7) days of completion of each service.
