Q. Do you have a Physical store?
A. We have a store located in the middle of the Cairns city centre. We are close to the pier and many dive companies; feel free to pop in while here on holiday or if you’re local.
Q. Do your products come with Australian warranty?
A. Yes our products come with an Australian based warranty. If you have an issue with a product purchased from us, just return it to our store prepaid.
Q. What do I need to do if I need a product repaired or serviced?
A. Before returning your item/s please download and complete the RA Form then email or fax it back to us to obtain an RA (return authority) number. For all repair and service queries please email
Repairs returned without RA numbers will still be accepted. However products with an RA number will be treated as priority over those without.
Q. Why do the prices on your site change so often?
A. We import products regularly from overseas; and our prices fluctuate with the exchange rates. If you order a product that is not in stock, the price will be locked in once you confirm the order with a paid deposit.
Q. Do you offer package discounts?
A. Yes we do, if you’re interested in purchasing 3 or more items and your total bill will be over $1000 when purchased at the same time, we may be able to offer you discounted package price. Please contact us for a specific quote.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can pay with credit card, direct deposit or cash. Credit card payments can be placed through our secure online payment service. Please contact us for direct deposit details.
Q. Is your shopping cart secure?
A. All orders placed through our shopping cart are sent through an encrypted secure service.
Q. Can I purchase over the phone?
A. We also accept phone orders. You can also call us to discuss your specific needs or if you just need a little help.
Q. Do you sell products duty free if I’m heading overseas?
A. Unfortunately we’re not able to sell products within Australia without GST. However you may be able to claim your purchase through the TRS scheme. For more information on this scheme please follow this link http://www.customs.gov.au/site/page4646.asp
Q. Can you send products internationally (outside of Australia).
A. Yes we can, please contact us for a quote on shipping. Please note that you will need to also check with your local government to find out if there will be any Taxes, Duties or Customs fees incurred by importing the goods you request. You’re liable for these fees and payment will be required before the local government releases the package for delivery. These fees are separate to the postage & handling costs paid to us.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We don’t offer a refund for change of mind. If a product is faulty we will either repair it or replace it while it’s covered under warranty. Special order products are not refundable.

Q. What is a special order product?
A. Special order products are those that we don’t keep in stock and only order as requested by customers. Generally these include most SLR and Video housings, you will be notified if the product you would like to order isn’t in stock.
Q. Do you supply a Tax Invoice with orders?
A. Yes all orders are supplied with a Tax Invoice.
Q. Can I purchase online, but pick up from your store?
A. Yes, please contact us to make arrangements or place a note on your order.
Q. How long will delivery take?
A. In stock items are normally delivered in 1-2 days to most areas when sent via Australian Air Express courier. We will advise delivery times for special order and out of stock items.
Q. Is delivery insured?
A. Insurance is not included in the postage prices, however we can add insurance if required. Please contact us for pricing.
Note: We send hundreds of packages each week and the courier services we use have never lost a parcel yet. Australian Air Express will also send through an email with the tracking details of your order once your package has been dispatched.
